With more than 30 years of experience in investments and relations with mining companies, Mr. Girard was led to do more for the mining sector, which created Explo-logik in 2007. From 2003 to 2007, Mr. Girard was a co-partner of Sugarhill Capital and completed numerous acquisitions and financing transactions. In 1998, Mr. Girard founded Avensys Corporation and was its Vice President of Finance until August 2003, when he sold the company to a U.S. based entity. From 1985 to 1998, Mr. Girard was a representative, director and vice-president of various Canadian securities companies.
