Guy Girard, founder and president of Explo-Logik, has accumulated over 30 years of experience in investments and relations with mining companies. Previously, Mr. Girard was a co-partner at Sugarhill Capital (2003-2007), where he led several acquisitions and financing initiatives. In 1998, he co-founded Avensys Corporation and served as Vice President of Finance until the company was sold to an American group in 2003. His career began in the 1980s, during which he held various leadership positions within Canadian securities firms.

Suzie Tremblay, a geologist and a true pillar of Explo-Logik, coordinates a multidisciplinary team operating on numerous projects each year while managing operations from Val-d’Or. She develops exploration strategies in collaboration with the company’s partners, working on target identification, drilling planning, and integrating geoscientific data at various scales. Her approach combines geological expertise, continuous learning, effective management, and a prospector’s instinct, leading to numerous exploration successes in Abitibi-Témiscamingue and the Eeyou-Istchee Baie-James territory. A graduate of UQAC and a member of the Ordre des géologues du Québec, Suzie stands out for her professionalism and strategic vision.
